Description
The Universal SPA Water Tester pH + Cl is designed for quick and accurate water quality testing in swimming pools, hot tubs, and whirlpool baths. With this kit, you can easily determine the level of free chlorine (Cl) and the pH level, ensuring proper water balance and a comfortable experience.
Regular monitoring of water parameters helps you use disinfectants more effectively, protect your spa equipment from limescale and corrosion, and maintain clean and safe water.
The kit includes:
- 2 sheets of DPD No. 1 test tablets (20 tablets) – for measuring free chlorine;
- 2 sheets of Phenol Red test tablets (20 tablets) – for measuring pH;
- A tester cup with a color scale – for comparing results.

Instructions for Use:
- Rinse the tester with the water to be tested.
- Fill both sections of the tester with water from a depth of approximately 20 cm.
- Place a Phenol Red tablet (for pH testing) in the left section.
- Place a DPD No. 1 tablet (for chlorine testing).
- Close the tester and invert it several times to ensure the tablets dissolve completely.
- Compare the color to the tester’s scale in natural daylight.
- The left scale shows the pH value; the right scale shows the free chlorine concentration (mg/l).
